So, what can we do to counteract all of this negativity? One popular method is to practice yoga. It is a great way to calm ourselves while also teaching us about living a green life. Yoga can teach us several other things. Firstly, it teaches us to focus on ourselves. We focus so much energy on other people, and our daily tasks, that we often put ourselves lower on the priority list – which directly affects our quality of life.
